1. Products

Product images are for representation purposes. Actual colour, texture, finish and appearance may vary slightly depending on the product and screen settings.

2. Ceramic Pot Delivery Policy

Due to the size, weight and fragile nature of ceramic pots, the following delivery conditions apply:

Ceramic Pots 10 Inches or Below

• Ceramic pots up to and including 10 inches can be delivered all over India, subject to service availability at the customer’s location.
• Applicable shipping charges will be displayed or communicated during the order process.

Ceramic Pots Above 10 Inches

• Ceramic pots above 10 inches are available for delivery only within Khammam.
• We currently do not provide all-India delivery for ceramic pots above 10 inches.
• Orders containing ceramic pots above 10 inches from locations outside Khammam may not be accepted or may be cancelled with a refund where applicable.

3. Delivery Availability

Delivery availability may depend on:

• Customer’s PIN code
• Product size and weight
• Courier/service availability
• Packaging requirements
• Product fragility

We reserve the right to restrict delivery of certain products to particular locations when safe or reliable delivery cannot be ensured.

4. Packaging

Ceramic products are fragile and will be packed carefully before dispatch. However, minor variations or damage can occasionally occur during transportation.

Customers are requested to record an unboxing video when opening ceramic products. This may be required for evaluating any damage-related complaint.

5. Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged:

• Contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
• Provide clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.
• An unboxing video may be requested for verification.
• Claims will be reviewed by our team before any replacement, refund or other resolution is provided.

6. Orders

Once an order has been placed, processing may begin immediately. Product availability is subject to stock.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact the customer regarding an alternative product, revised delivery arrangement or refund.

7. Prices

All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

The applicable price will be the price shown at the time the order is confirmed.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

• Delivery location
• Courier/service availability

Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated during the ordering process.

Plants are living products and their appearance may naturally vary.

Minor differences in:

• Leaf size
• Leaf colour

• Growth
• Branching
• Height

may occur between the product image and the delivered plant.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Name
• Mobile number
• Delivery address
• PIN code
• Other required delivery information

Sree Siddu Pots & Garden Tools will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation, replacement and refund requests will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Certain products, particularly plants and customized or specially prepared products, may have specific cancellation or return conditions.
