We offer delivery across India for eligible products, subject to product type, size, and delivery service availability.

Important delivery restrictions for ceramic pots:

• Ceramic pots below 10 inches: Eligible for delivery across India.

• Ceramic pots above 10 inches: Delivery is available only to PIN code 507170 (Khammam).

• Orders for ceramic pots above 10 inches cannot be delivered to any other PIN code.

Customers must enter the correct delivery PIN code during checkout. Orders that do not meet the applicable delivery conditions may not be accepted or may require cancellation.

Note: Please confirm the delivery rule for ceramic pots measuring exactly 10 inches with our customer support team before placing an order.

Orders will be processed after successful payment confirmation or order confirmation, as applicable.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, packaging requirements, and the nature of the product. Plants and fragile ceramic products may require special handling to help ensure safe delivery.

Ceramic pots are fragile and require careful packaging and handling. We take reasonable precautions to help protect products during transit. Customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage promptly, along with photographs and order details.

Where tracking facilities are available, tracking details will be shared with the customer through the contact information provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including their full address, contact number, and PIN code.

If an order is placed with an incorrect PIN code or an address outside the permitted delivery area for a particular product, delivery may be delayed, refused, or cancelled.
